Because of the adjustment of pressure and work attitude, there must be a greater challenge, and indirectly affect their own work or the performance of the organizational satisfaction, the study of the Air Force official school eleven base service unit colleagues as the object of study to explore organizational change awareness, job satisfaction and psychological contract relevance. A total of 320 questionnaires were distributed, and the effective recovery rate was 94.55%. The data were processed and analyzed by spss22 software, including the data of the samples. The results were analyzed by questionnaire. Factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, single factor double analysis, Pearson's r correlation analysis and stepwise regression and other statistical methods. The results show that: 1. the three aspects of organizational change cognition, job satisfaction and psychological contract have positive and significant effects in Pearson's r correlation. 2. In the structure, "I think the organizational change (adjustment) has the necessity to execute" have the highest score. 3. In the individual differences analysis found that the basic attributes of the respondents, age, class, the nature of the work, service age and work, etc., the pattern of the change in the pattern of the same time, there are different significant differences in the situation. Based on the results of this study, it(it (or we) recommended that the organization implement the organization communication and communication channels, initiated taking care about the subordinates and listening to their ideas, pay attention to their job satisfaction factors, and make proper use of management measures to exclude things that are not satisfactory, to raise the team of the centripetal force.
