Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 105 === This study aims at exploring the influences and ramifications of how teacher’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect teaching effectiveness for primary school teachers in Xiaogang District of Kaohsiung City, and further examines the relationship teaching effectiveness has between the variables of both teacher’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment. A total of 320 questionnaires were collected and 308 valid recoveries were valid. The effective recovery rate was 96.25% .The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis , validity analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis , regression analysis, Independent Samples t test and one-way ANOVA analysis. The results indicate that (1) Teacher’s job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teaching effectiveness. In the teacher’s job satisfaction structure, the teacher’s job itself is the most influential (2) Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on teaching effectiveness.. Concerning organizational commitment, effort commitment is the most influential. Factors such as gender, ages, level of education and job titles amongst primary school teachers in Xiaogang District of Kaohsiung City, showed no significant affect to frequency with correlation to teaching effectiveness. With regard to different variables such as personal background, years of service and the school sizes of public primary schools in Xiaogang District of Kaohsiung City, the data shows more diversity in both the degree and frequency of teaching effectivenes. This study is based on the research and conclusion of the research on the influence of teacher’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment in teaching effectiveness , and puts forward relevant research suggestions to educate relevant units, primary school teachers and future research reference.
