This study used qualitative research methods through semi-structured in depth interviews of data collection. The results were as follows six working problems: 1. Design and implement on preschool curriculum is not easy. 2. Class operation is difficult to meet everyone, especially the “Interpersonal relationships’ and “Giving individual tutoring to students who are having emotional inhibition”. 3. Administrative working is to crowd out of teaching. 4. Between Teacher and Parent, They each have a different point of view in Education. 5. Preschool teachers’ professional growth needs always hindered in many ways. 6. The workload is too large. Teacher seem to be conditioned by their own work loads. The government authorities does not value the early child education. Facing the above working problems, Preschool Teachers in Kaohsiung City taking five coping strategies: 1. Seeking support: Consulting the proposal for the experts, finding information, pouring out their troubles to friend or family. 2. Positive thinking: Clearly, deeply and being positive and constructive. 3. Problem solving: Tried every way to find the solution. 4. Mental adjustment: Adjust self-emotions, Cultivate a healthy life. 5. Delay processing: Pause and then continue later. Finally, this study is based on the results of the research, having further suggestions for teachers, schools and education authorities as reference.
