At present, it is a political figure and community worker, service, money, information, idea, political influence, goodwill, complaining about community or organization. And energy, etc., to the German students in the satisfaction of the survey, the future in the political figures and community workers can be used as a reference. In this study, the Kaohsiung City emerging area Dexing as an example, political figures and community workers, the community satisfaction as a sample study. According to the definition of satisfaction, the satisfaction of the people in the community is a kind of four specific practices in the positive state of the individual, the relationship, the organization, the community and the natural environment, the use of the advantages, the prevention, the empowerment and the community change, Groups involved in the way, to achieve most of the time can maintain a positive relationship with people, in the face of stress, and environmental awareness. A total of 350 questionnaires were sent and a total of 345 questionnaires were collected for a one-month questionnaire. The recovery rate was 99%. There are 5 copies of the questionnaire, or as an invalid questionnaires. The long-term attitude towards the elderly is considered to be higher than that of the elderly. It can be learned that the "People's Friendship Activities" is part of the social network. When the interaction between the elderly and the community increases, the instrumental and emotional nature can be provided. The future "Neighborhood Friendship" and "Add Learning Program" activities will not only help the elderly to live, but also have an important impact on the mental health of the elderly.
