The service provider is concerned with how to improve the employee's willingness to work in order to create the best organizational commitment to improve job performance. Therefore, in order to understand the organizational commitment of different types of employees, whether it will have a relationship with the impact of job performance, is the study of employee employment patterns, organizational commitment, job performance and other factors is the focus of research. A total of 220 questionnaires were collected, 215 were collected and 205 were valid questionnaires. After analyzing the SPSS statistical software, the service industry found that the service industry had the following phenomena on the organizational commitment: First, the respondents had good self-evaluation performance in the organizational commitment and work performance. Second, value commitment, hard commitment and Stay commitment will be significant positive impact on job performance; Third, the respondents hiring type, age and working years in the commitment to stay there are significant differences exist. According to the above conclusions, this study puts forward three suggestions for the management of the service industry: First, make use of various incentive methods to strengthen the organizational commitment of the staff; Second, establish and attach importance to the company, staff communication channels, strengthen the organizational commitment; To develop the direction and specific objectives of the leadership of the masses, and strengthen the organizational commitment of employees.
