In this study, the catering industry employees in Taiwan were asked to assist the questionnaire answering. The questionnaires were collected by convenient survey. A total of 213 questionnaires were sent. And the 200 valid questionnaires were collected. The valid sample rate was 93.9%. Then, the study used descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent t test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data by IBM SPSS 23.0. And finally, use AMOS 22.0 to examine the hypotheses of this study. The research findings show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have negative significant impact on the turnover intention of catering industry practitioners. The overall research model is well goodness-of-fit and the explanatory power is 33%, which means that this research structure can predict the turnover tendency of the catering industry practitioners and assist the relevant organizations in the planning and adjustment of human resources. Finally, based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that the future catering industry should actively strengthen the commitment of its own organizations to employees, so that employees are willing to increase their stability, stay in the company for their dedication, there can be maximized the benefits for the organization's human resources management.
