In the past, many studies have focused on the factors affecting motivation of employee training transfer, but few studies have examined the impact of the goal orientation and perceived organizational support on motivation of employee training transfer. Therefore, this study aims to explore the mediating effect of motivation of employee training transfer on the relationship between goal orientation as well as perceived organizational support and job performance. The employees in Semiconductor industry are the subjects for the empirical study. A total of 155 valid copies of the questionnaire were collected. Using regression analysis, it was found that The Impact of goal orientation and perceived organizational support have significantly positive effect on job performance. Motivation of employee training transfer partially and fully mediated the relationship between goal orientation as well as perceived organizational support and job performance separately.
