However, for a long period of time, the price of real estate skyrocketed due to information asymmetry in the market. As a mean to stabilize the high pricing of real estate and to secure social justice, the government of Taiwan implemented a series of policies, and among which is the real registration system. This study aims to prove that whether or not the Governmental respond to social needs and the establishment of the official open information platform was affirmed, and also to un-derstand if the society has enough faith and trust in the transaction data of the real estate market provided by this platform in the aspects of social housing jus-tice and safe housing market development. After the implementation of the real registration system, the real estate transactions in the process, the use of internal government real estate real price inquiry service network to use the intention to integrated technology acceptance model and use model-based, based on trust and perception Risk of the two factors, to explore the use of the Ministry of the Interior real estate real estate inquiries service users to accept the degree of use and the impact of the use of factors. In this study, the use of real estate in Taiwan to inquire the use of the service network as the object of study, a total of 269 valid questionnaires were recovered. SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis and hypothesis test. The results showed that: 1. Performance expectations, hard work expectations, social impact, trust will signifi-cantly affect the user's intention to use. 2. Perceived risk will negatively affect the user's intent. 3. The degree of trust on the use of the intention of the degree, by the interference of different occupations and change.
