Explore the influence of the military personnel on the use of the LINE stickers experience and the willingness to use. In this study, we use the questionnaire to analysis the situation of the officers and soldiers. The results show that the functional value and emotional value have a significant positive impact on the experience of the use of the LINE staff of the officers and soldiers, and the functional value, the emotional value and the Conditional Value have significant positive effect on the intention of the military personnel.
