Previous studies have mostly used income from newly developed financial products and electronic service models as a measure of financial innovation. Few studies have focused on how the cultivation of talents from differing socioeconomic backgrounds and employees’ innovative knowledge sharing influence bank profits. Therefore, this study investigates the effects of cultivating digital financial professionals on bank performance in terms of financial innovation. The correlation of financial executives’ differing socioeconomic backgrounds and the absorption and sharing of financial innovation and digital technology knowledge with bank profitability are investigated using a questionnaire. This study uses descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, item analysis, the Pearson product–moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis to understand the correlation of innovative knowledge sharing and absorption of financial executives from differing socioeconomic backgrounds with financial innovation and bank profitability. The empirical results demonstrate a high correlation between the financial innovation of financial executives from differing socioeconomic backgrounds and bank profitability, indicating a strong mutual influence, with financial innovation possessing predictive power of and exerting a positive influence on bank profitability. The results of this study can serve as an objective reference for financial innovation studies in the financial industry and academic institutions. Yao, Ming-Hung 姚名鴻 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 52 zh-TW |
