碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 財富與稅務管理系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The Prison is a place where sending criminal to jail, however the number of crimes increased year by year cause the prison exceeded, in addition, nation’s a limited of prison administration costs is available. It is inconceivable to do with current results. The limited resources under these circumstances have become a great physical and mental burden to them who overtime work , had multiple roles and guard a prisoner. Therefore, the research aims to compare with different background in personality traits, self-efficacy and organization commitment of the differences and explore the impact of relationship between personality traits, self-efficacy and organization commitment. The study were investigated the 331 members ofcorrectional office. There is a significant correlation which found that between personality traits, self-efficacy and organization commitment of three, especially personality traits, self-efficacy are significant impact on organization commitment. The research suggests that the correctional office establish a suitable office environment for the staff and provide appropriate benefits, such as company trip, a birthday party and so on. For the staff, strengthen the capacity of skills, education and emotional control to enhance the sense of honor to the organ.
