Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 財富與稅務管理系碩士在職專班 === 105 === This study explores the entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial behavior of small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) proposed by Ajzen (1985), this study explores whether entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control affect SME owners' entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial behavior. The study selected SME owners as subjects, with a total of 300 questionnaires distributed and 249 valid questionnaires collected. This study used linear structural equations to validate the research hypotheses. The results show that the main factors affecting SME owners’ business intentions include: entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control. When an SME owner has a positive entrepreneurial attitude, strong subjective norms, and strong perceived behavior control, this owner has higher entrepreneurial intention. The higher the entrepreneurial intention is for SME owners, the more beneficial this will be to their business.
