How to find out the management method and strategy of case E about Container Trucking Carrier through the mechanism of enterprise diagnosis is the focus of this research. Through an external diagnosis,we can in-depth understand the overview of Container Trucking Carrier industry. Coupled with internal diagnosis to find out the blind spots of the company and help enterprises to adjust the mode of operation and provide responsive and effective measures to achieve the goal of sustainable development. The study of E company for the diagnosis of the case which calculate the profit and loss of E company by Breakeven Point and realize the number of the sales amount which the company should reach to avoid loss.In addition to using the ZHU YI YOU’s FMSA theory that we analysis the production, marketing, human resources, research and finance,this reasearch analysis administration and information. Based on the analysis of financial urgency, the analysis of the feasibility with the management plane, the analysis of feasibility with strategic side,we can induce the key indicators of management, strategic and finance.By using cross analysis method , we can derive the key problem of business development and submit strategy analysis and specific action plans to provide business managers to enhance business performance.
