Variety of new technologies and systems are developing day by day. Among numerous options, if the software is safe, handy and useful, it will be easy to attract people’s attention. Since that harassment and fraudulent telephone calls are spreading, in order to prevent these malicious phone calls, people tend to use call filter software. Therefore, the users of Whoscall, call filter software, were selected as object of study, the purpose is to explore the impact of the intention on the technology readiness, the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use. In different levels of perceived risk and quality of information system, learning more about user influence between the behavior of intention and use. And understanding if the new call filter software can effectively reduce the possibility of answering malicious phone calls and bad feelings or not. Consequently software developers can research and develop the function that customer demand, enhance peoeple’s use intention. To wear device developer, this study can be the strategic reference by creating competitive advantage.
The object of this study was focus on the users of call filter software: Whoscall, there were total 300 valid questionnaires completed from Whoscall users in Taiwan. Then adopted Statistic System: SPSS23.0 to analyze questionnaire results for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis. The empirical results show:
1.The technology readiness has significantly positive impacts on the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use of call filter software.
2.The perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use have significantly positive impacts on the intention of the call filter software user.
3.The call filter software user’s behavior intention has significantly positive impacts on Actual Behavior.
4.The perceived risk would interfere the behavioral intention of call filter software.
5.The quality of information and system of call filter software would interfere the actual behavior.
