Though high temperature sintering has good performance, but it consumes much energy, time and is easily accumulated into big blocks. It’s hard to manufacture. Microwave assisted studies on iron compounds with high permeability and saturated magnetization was to use microwave heating to replace sintering at high temperature for saving time and energy. Ferric nitrate and ethylene diamine were chosen to be heated in microwave with carrier gas for both air and nitrogen. The differences were listed for tablet or powders respectively.
