Especially in nowadays they are facing risk-full, uncertain markets, small amount, diverse production patterns and complex management in supply chains, etc. In such an environment, how to keep abreast of the markets efficiently, listen to the voice of the customers, improve the productivity, reduce the costs and cut down the unnecessary inventory for developing a flexible business strategy in order to earn profits and sustainably survive are the goals of the managers This study will uses Theory of Constraint (TOC) to solve bottleneck machine allocation of IC production process. A company case illustrates show how the adoption of leading indicators management on inventory and flexible resource arrangement.
