The quality and cost will decide the company’s business strategy and market competition. This report is mainly in discussion of aero-engine component RTV process analysis with six-sigma management DMAIC—by finding key parameters to improve manufacutring process, lower NC rate, and to decrease rework cost. This analysis will also do improvement on RTV parameter setting and find impact of part roundess, hardness and adhesion.
