Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The form of Communications Industry in Taiwan is known to rapidly changing and expanding in everyday life, therefore the importance of introducing systematic is becoming a trend. This research is aimed at the use of introducing systematic in communication industry through system quality, information quality as well as user satisfaction to probe into the value of implementation in systematic.
The research was conducted using case studies and questionnaires. The “Systematic Introduction and Satisfaction” survey was developed as a tool and is aimed at the same systematic communications industry for total of 65 surveys was distributed and 57 survey in return. SPSS for Windows 23.0 was used for data processing and analyzing. The use of statistical method was mainly to describe statistical analysis, One-Sample T Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, and finally the conclusion was given to the follow up researcher for recommendation.
The conclusions of the study are as follows:
1. In term of system quality, the performance in speed of system operation and system reliability is well recognized however, system stability and functionality improvement is needed.
2. In term of information quality, user’s satisfaction toward information quality completeness is highly achieved yet, there’s still much to be desired in user’s demand.
3. In term of user’s satisfaction, it scored the highest in average among the three aspects, which means the user is highly accepted to the satisfaction.
4. The result of systematic introduction may be varies between gender, age, level of education as well as income.
