It is obvious that the middle and old age groups are important for the present and future tourism Market source. So to find out the tourist motivations of middle-aged and old tourists and provide a comfortable tourist environment, so that visitors get satisfaction with the goal of tourism business units. Therefore, the purpose of this study includes: 1. The influence of the personal background of silver hair on tourism motivation. 2. The influence of the personal background of silver hair on tourism satisfaction. The research method is based on the sampling method to investigate the conclusions and recommendations, and the sample is a separate test fill, in addition, the total recall rate of this questionnaire is 90%. The sampling object is for the Tainan, Kaohsiung and Pingtung over 65 years of silver hair family as the research object. The results of this study show that the different personal backgrounds, such as gender, age, retirement and income, have significant differences in tourism motivation and tourism satisfaction. While education, marriage, tourism motivation and tourism satisfaction was no significant difference, The results are also provided to the Government, the traveler units and the banks and tourists to provide follow-up recommendations.
