First, an intermatallic compount such as γ-TiAl, α2-Ti3Al and B2 is analyzed by an X-ray diffractometer. And then use the universal material test machine and the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) to exam the dynamic mechanical properties of these alloys. The experimental results show that the strength and ductility are improved when Cu or Mo is added, and the mechanical properties of Cu (2 at%) and Mo (5 at%) are the best. Furthermore, both the flow stress and the strain rate sensitivity increase with increaing strain rate. It can be observed grain refinement, fully – lameller microstructure (FL) and duplex (DP) substructure by optical microscopy (OM). It also can be identified that these microstructure has important influence on hydrostatic and dynamic mechanical properties of the Ti-Al based intermetallic alloys. On the electrochemical corrosion analysis, the corrosion current becomes smaller and the polarization resistance is increasing by adding the Cu and Mo into these Ti-Al based intermetallic alloy. Furthermore, by comparing Ti-6Al-4V alloy, it also can confirm the Ti-Al-(Cu or Mo) intermetallic alloy have better corrosion property. CHEN, TAO-HSING 陳道星 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 113 zh-TW
