Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 土木工程與防災科技研究所 === 105 === Traditional rail monitoring measurement required personnel to work on rail to collect data, however, during day time traffic may endanger staff safety. As MUAV(Multi-rotors Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is getting popular with economical price and easy operation, aerial photography is a preferred method to gather information. Moreover, video clip process and data analysis keep pace with times, image resolution is getting finer from center meter to millimeter. Adapting image measurement method prevents people work on rail risk. Therefore, drone’s advantage of low cost and easy access helps to collect high resolution and complete rail 3D data. This research uses MUAV to take video of Kaohsiung LRT (Light Rail Transit) within 10m altitude. Shooting image to measure LTR 3D point cloud model and incorporate whole stations’ theodolite to collect ground coordinates. To compare traditional ground equipment observation versus image from 3D point cloud model variation then evaluate accuracy of LRT monitoring. From the paper we can conduct the 3D model altitude accuracy is 1.0~1.5mm in compliance to rail monitor tolerance, thus this methodology of LRT sink monitoring proves feasible for LRT measurement application.
