In this study, they are seven ways of in-plane loading test,changing diffrerent locations of gossip type strong spring hung on the beams and columns of structure in three-tier & three-span 240cm×240cm×240cm of the steel bars frame,on the top of the test body,we apply three kind of loads,to measure the strain and in-plane force ,we stick strain gauge on beams and colums.The result shows that the maximnm strainof column loaded with all springs is 2.7 times as less as the strain which loaded with noting,the beam strain maximum is reduced 3.44 times, and compare the difference of the strain quantity different number of hanging methods in the same quantity of springs. Finally, the calculation of the seven ways for hanging under different combinations of springs will be changed when the amount of strain applied by the reduction in the unit spring under the combination of the different spring combinations, analying show the best damping spring system as the center 1,2,3 floor beam column plus spring in the value of engineering methods.
