However, practitioners nowadays are often unable to design a safe, reliable and steady system of instruments and electrics equipment because of a large number of documents, disparate arguments and directions of development, consistent revised statutes and regulations etc. In order to ameliorate the problems above, our study bases on a mode of standardization and tabulation: Through synthesizing diverse arguments from a series of references, each step of how to integrate methods of updating instruments and electrics equipment is showed in a flow chart in the study so as to save planning process of design, and fulfill the mode of standardization and tabulation. Subsequently, by the standard mode we review every branch, of which the data of norm and coordinated way is displayed in detail. Accordingly, the integrity of renewing data, a number of materials and parts, a regulative value of each branch, and a level of complying with regulatory requirements can be inspected correctly in each table. At last, in the case of updating equipment of company C, the application of our study method is described how to effectively carry out a renewal on design and planning. In addition, take company X’s renewal of electrical control system as an example, based on the same method, to verify an effectiveness of simplifying schedule of update further and to demonstrate it is in line with better beneficial result of design.
