The land-based radar is an included complex and numerous components. The radar system needs to do an appropriate assessment for its proper rate, maintenance costs and constraints, etc. This thesis introduces a radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and application component management system based on the “Air Force Repair Manual” to reduce the workload of grassroots personnel. This thesis focuses on the implementation of land-based radar components and reliability changes track record and regular review. The goal achieves the integration of science and technology management in order to shorten the repair time, effectively improve the system's proper rate. The main purpose of this thesis is to establish the components reliability management system of land-based radar. Secondly, we will analyze the parameters such as the cumulative mean time between failures (MTBF) and the cumulative failure rate algorithms and to enhance the performance of the system design.
