Because the current semiconductor sector for the machine maintenance and fault records are mostly paper-based records, it is difficult to find information or induction, tracking problems and failure analysis, etc. Therefore, this thesis implements the effective system records, as well as tracking the actual maintenance of the machine status and to track the frequency of the occurrence of frequent and timely to prevent. This thesis is to improve the inconvenience of this paper without information technology, so that electronic records and paper complement each other can maximize the effectiveness. The equipment due to failure, performance aging and downtime and other factors result in the loss of production is increased. It is imperative that the equipment be able to improve overall efficiency in order to reduce the loss rate due to failure. In this thesis, we adopt software such as C # and SQL SERVER to set up a system that can collect records and remind the equipment personnel to prepare the maintenance and maintenance plan in advance. The system according to the risk priority number (RPN) can estimate and replace the machine parts in order to prevent and avoid the machine in the production process and the occurrence of irreversible product anomalies causing serious losses and shortening machine operation life.
