This study suggests that the solution is to apply information system by the financial planning process when serving customers. In this study, we use interview and market survey method to understand the usage and expectation of the information system. According to the demand of financial sales, we anticipate that the new software will be generated. As a result, financial sales can use the more powerful software when serving customers in the financial planning process. The financial sales combines the software to improve their competitiveness in order to face the challenge of the ficnacial distress.
