Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系博碩士班 === 105 === In this study, polyaniline/ferrous oxide superconducting magnetic composites were fabricated by inverse suspension polymerzation method. The crystallography, surface morphology of polyaniline/ferrous oxide superconducting magnetic composites were examined by X-ray Diffraction(XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM), Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Thermogravimetry Analysis (TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), Raman, Superconducting Quantum Interference Device(SQUID) and, respectively. First, we used The X-ray diffraction patterns to characterize the composite of the formed FeO as α-Fe crystals and their micro-morphology, core/shell morphological properties were illustrated via transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Eventually, the low oxygen content of the PANI / OA-Fe3O4 superconducting magnetic composites were characterized from Energy dispersive (EDS) spectrum.
