In addition, Customers’ demand changes rapidly, which makes it hard to maintain supply chain performance. Hence, how to ensure great capacity of factory by risk management has been one of the elements of business operations. Taiwan has the most complete semiconductor industry settlement in the world. However, in the face of rapid market changes such as the global financial tsunami that occurred in 2008, various industries have been hit hard, and the semiconductor industry was not the exception. The factory machines were idle mostly, and the inventory accumulated continuously when the market demand was rapid declining. On the counterpart, the inventory wasn’t enough to satisfy market demand, and the capacity couldn’t afford massive orders when the market situation recovered. According to the problems mentioned of the above, it might have some significant factors which may affect inventory issues of supply chain management. This paper is trying to establish the semiconductor supply chain model by simulation. Trying to set various variables to simulate inventory performances reactions, and use big data analysis software to mine valuable information from simulation data. Eventually, we found out the factors which have strong correlations in each performance, and the correlations of affections of inventory performance with the different levels of these factors by Link Chart Analysis.
