In addition the information can be interconnected. It can greatly improve the production efficiency, quality and flexibility of the manufacturing industry. According to the International Technology Road map for Semiconductors pointed out that 18 inch wafer plant will become the future mainstream of wafer manufacturing, Overhead Hoist Transfer will be designated as the main transportation tool for 18 inch wafer factory. If we can integrate the concept of Industry 4.0, the manufacturing process, the automatic control and automatic control of the equipment can be transmitted to each other, which will bring great benefits to the future wafer manufacturing industry. OHT is achieved by Automated Material Handling System control automation. It is easy to cause a blockage in the process of delivery and return to affect the production efficiency of the wafer fab. This study focused on the process capacity, buffer stock, path length and path congestion problem, Develop a set of routing rules. It will be divided into three parts:First, the amount of temporary special linear programming model with buffer process capacity to estimate the most suitable buffer;Second, by studying the dynamic planning how to avoid traffic jam sections, how to change the route to avoid traffic congestion at the road when the shortest path;Third, when the temporary storage area to reach the best when how to change the destination. Through these three methods development of an integrated wafer manufacturing process, process capacity, equipment, buffer and path scheduling rule of suspension type automatic guided vehicle.
