Using job characteristics and self-alienation as the moderating variables to investigate the relationship between peer support and knowledge sharing willingness. A total of 345 questionnaires were delivered, 260 valid samples were collected, the valid response rate was 75.36%. The results were analyzed by correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results were as follows: There is a significant positive relationship between peer support and knowledge sharing willingness; There is positive moderating effect of skill variety and feedback from agents on the relationship between peer support and knowledge sharing willingness; There is no moderating effect of task identity, task significance, autonomy, job feedback and dealing with others on the relationship between peer support and knowledge sharing willingness; There is negative moderating effect of self-alienation on the relationship between peer support and knowledge sharing willingness. Based on the results above, this study provide some practical suggestion for personnel staff in the schools.
