The purpose is to know whether the concrete slurry perfusion is saturated , on the basis of the data had, together with previous construction experience inheritance. Not only in its construction operations more accurately determine whether the concrete slurry perfusion saturation, and has a remote real-time monitoring system. The system uses multiple capacitive electrode plates as a sensor to place the inside of the template, used to measure the degree of internal filling of the mold, will be measured analog signal through the microprocessor for AD conversion and operation, combined with man-machine interface using LabVIEW graphical control software development, can immediately show the saturation percentage of each end and perfusion distribution. Monitoring the transmission of nodes using the long-distance transmission protocol LoRa to transmit the data to the LoRa Gateway to do the whole, analysis and display, it is also convenient for users to have real-time monitoring activities in places where there is an Internet, so that the overall construction process more transparent.
