| Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 視覺傳達設計研究所 === 105 === In recent decades, Taiwan's food security environment, not only has not improved, but worsened. It posed a serious threat to the security of the people of Taiwan. The food safety crisis was brought about by a lack of public awareness and human greed, not only limited to the survival of life, which may cause more serious economic and social aspects in a domino effect. So food safety is an important issue that Taiwan currently needs to be concerned about and actively dealt with. Therefore, consumers need to know how to protect their own interests; before that, people must have enough wisdom and awareness to identify the truth, in order to effectively protect themselves, to avoid the harm caused by food contamination. So it should be related to food safety-related knowledge, to improve people's awareness of the food safety crisis. However, the expertise of food safety, for the public, is too complex and difficult to understand; as a result, people are more willing to understand, interesting form, learning strange or complex things. So that people are exposed to food safety-related information, through vivid, popular and interesting forms of expression, is a better way to learn. After reviewing many forms of visual manifestation, it is found that satirical performance art, such as Dada, POP art and popular art, is a vivid, popular and interesting form of expression, whenever presenting serious, dogmatic decrees; if this can be combined manifestations, may be able to help people avoid feelingfatigued, excluded, and can strengthen the learning effect. Therefore, we analyzed the Simpson family’s animation example, found that the use of ironic expression of the artistic style of expression create an impressive and interesting visual and story content. This way the audience will enjoy the fun, as well as take into account the learning and understand of the message’s meaning behind the story.
