Coping with the development of the financial industry and related business, Financial Supervisory Committee (Taiwan) announces policy: Digital Financial Environment 3.0. In the fast spread of 4G networks, derived from the mobile banking services, also developed a "online account opening" business. However, domestic banks have high homogeneity in their business projects, making competition pressure between banks. In 39 domestic banks, 19 open the service of "digital account". For those who have not yet joined the service, it is an important issue. Therefore, this study is aimed at the leading banks that have opened the "Online Account Opening" business, collected and collated relevant information, applied the Content Analysis method to analyze the provisions and characteristics of these banks, in order to provide the Union Bank of Taiwan relevant supporting measures and business implementation reference. The conclusions of this research are: 1.The first type of digital accounts with the largest number of accounts, 2.The third type of digital account has become a tool for cloud banks to attract customers to open an account, 3.The second type of digital account is a good choice for customers to use other accounts, 4.Provide innovative features to drive customers to open a digital account, 5.Different types of banks will affect the design of digital account functions. The recommendations of this study are: 1.User interface design should be simplified, 2.The first type of digital accounts should be the main promotion project, 3.Through the design of promotions to attract customers.
