Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 105 === On the basis of resourced-based view, the study is to explore the core resource of Tainan Youth Volunteer center, an organization, and further discover how it operates the core resource for management development. The study conducted a qualitative method by interviewing a key project manager and three volunteer community instructors of the center. The study found that the intangible assets within a volunteer organization play important role, and its own organizational capacity could strengthen the operation of the entire organization, which become key factors in business development. Based on several interviews and gathering information, this study applies the qualitative research method to investigate a specific case by conducting the semi-structured interviews with a project manager and three volunteer instructors of the center. According to the four characteristics of Resource-Base Model proposed by Barney (1991), this study analyzed whether the information gathered from the interviews is the core resources of the organization. Some suggestions are shown below: 1.Establish and stimulate organizational culture 2.Build up the friendly relationship with the media 3.Promote individual’s professional knowledge
