The proposed approach can be used to evaluate the suitability of software changes (and requirement changes) caused by usability requirements. The analysis stages of the proposed approach comprise the project impacts analysis and customer satisfaction analysis. The project impact analysis focuses on the software change impacts to the software project, including cost and schedule, while the customer satisfaction analysis analyzes the increased customer satisfaction achieved by the software changes. The analytical results can be used to determinate the priority of usability requirements to facilitate project process.
