Especially in the several earthquakes happening in recent years, the casualties caused by collapse of buildings prompted apartment buyers to have more queries about the structure of buildings and construction quality. Gradually, apartment buyers began to concern about the factors of structural safety of buildings, and want to have in-depth understanding of the interior qualities of buildings. Therefore, if a building is required to be built with solid structural safety, we have to realize the transparency of construction information in the construction process. Supervising the builders not only urge them to pay more attention to the structure of buildings and improve the quality of construction process, but also is advantageous to the safety of apartment buyers living inside. In this research, it is about the questionnaires which are taken by the consumers who buy their houses in Kaohsiung with descriptive statistics and cross analysis. Through this questionnaire, we can know how much do the consumers are influenced when they have the buying intention according to their understanding about the knowledge of "Building Traceability" and how important it is for them. Besides I will discuss the key points and resistance which will affect the process of promoting the "Building Traceability'' from the consumers' point of view, and then I will provide some advises about this research.
