碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊學院碩士在職專班 === 105 === The reversible data hiding is a method to protect digital multimedia information, and to embed the secret message including videos, audios, software and word files into cover image without being aware of. In the process of image extraction, the reversible data hiding technique can successfully and completely extract the stego-media of high capacity. The study proposes a reversible data hiding method based on histogram hiding technique, using halftone and LUT inverse halftone method to embed error diffusion secret image into original one, in which can be used on identify card and passport security as well as medical application. Experimental result demonstrates the proposed method can successfully embed the data, and reverse the hiding information after extracting, in a way to avoid identity theft.
