In 2014, the school that the researcher taught has applied for the "Mobile Learning and Flipped Classroom" community. The school adopted the usage of touch panels and tablet computers in classes in 2015.It’s also the seed school for smart campus in Taoyuan city. The study aims to discusselementary school students’ continuous using behaviorand willingness to incorporate mobile learning into science and technology curriculum. The paper adopts questionnaire to explore the factors influencing the incorporation of mobile learning into science and technology curriculum. The object of the study is a group of fourth grade students in Taoyuan City. 121 students were selected for the questionnaire, 117 valid responses were retrieved. The conclusions of the study are summarized as below: 1. There were significant differences between “Effort Expectancy”, “Performance Expectancy” and “Social Influence” in two contextual variables: experience expectation and voluntary goal. 2. There was a significant positive correlation between “Performance Expectancy”,“Effort Expectancy”,“Social Influence”,”Facilitating Conditions” and “Behavioral Intention.” 3. “Performance Expectancy”, “Effort Expectancy”, and “Social Influence” have a predictive power over “Behavioral Intention”. 4. “Behavioral Intention” and ” Facilitating Conditions”have predictive power on “Use Behavior”.
