碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊學院碩士在職專班 === 105 === With the rapid development of Internet technology and the gradual improvement of the social welfare system,the assistance provided for the high-risk families has gradually accelerated the reporting and referral of cases through the establishment of the notification system. The high-risk families can obtain help appropriately towards a healthy and happy family life. The purpose of this study is to understand the actual situation of how teachers at Elementary and Middle Schools in New Taipei City use the High-risk Family Integrated Secure Website to assist high-risk related work. A questionnaire "A Study Questionnaire of High-risk Family Integrated Secure Website in New Taipei City" is designed based on "Information Systems Success Model" and "Technology Acceptance Model". There were totally 129 samples collected, and analyzed by SPSS software.The results showed that most teachers were satisfied with the services provided by the website, but they found it difficult to operate via the interface of the notification system. There is still room for improvement in the information format provided by the website and it is also quite overwhelming for teachers to handle the job. Finally, the suggestions based on the results of the research were provided, which can be used as the reference for the government authorities in the future to improve the system with better quality and convenience.
