Abstract
For the Consultant of Management in the service sector, there is the largest effect on the industry. They have created a lot of the productivity of the economy and have the indelible contributions. However, for selecting appropriate consulters needed, there are few academic pieces of research related to the consultants' issues. Due to the development in recent years and the demand of quality management system, the academia and industry have understood that the consultant is important to develop enterprise quality management system. Based on this reason, " Exploring the Critical Success Factors of Consulting based on Project Management Perspective - Refer the ISO 9001 Quality Management System " will be analyzed and studied.
For the project, the consultants of management system are involved and influence the project successfully, the consultant faces to the un-incomplete management system of the customer, he should have these capabilities to solute the customers’ problem, manages this project, combined with the customer's industry status and construct the integrated the management system. Let this project be matched in this industry, and meet the customers’ demands, the consultants must connect the customers’ real necessaries and this project, and so, this project will be successful.
Quality management system construct into the industry, these process must be matched these demands of this system, the industry must realize own requirements, customer needs, and expectations, laws and regulations, internal and external situation, company culture and resources,…etc. and so, the industry will depend on the risk-based thinking, and connect quality management system, let management tools be effetely used to assess the industry’s future.
The purpose of this study is to collect by literature, expert interviews and questionnaires to analysis and evaluation criteria for selecting business consultants need to be considered. Through AHP multiple criteria decision-making approach, the most suitable consultant to help the company to lead-in the right enterprise quality management system will be chosen.
These results will provide a viable evaluation mode for selecting the suitable consulter; the companies could refer these indexes which studies from this reach and chooses the good consulter to assist companies to create the quality management system.
