It will affect the efficiency of total department if the family relationship is constructed in the same department. There are the four dimensions to be researched by the effect of management as follows:
First, the weak had become the strong by way of the dialectical method which is different from the first model of the strong. The third kind of the strong possesses the characteristics of knowledge management mode and method.
Second, a company wants to achieve the function and efficiency of its operation. The first thing is, a company must establish a leadership mechanism with full orthodox. It is suitable for selection of personnel to be able to generate an appropriate efficiency.
Third, to be good at using time is to achieve the perfect principle of the goal of efficiency management.
Finally, the mutual communication between the leader and the employees about the goals and ideas of the company will make the employees to completely realize efficiency management about the contents of works or to achieve the desired efficiency.
