Parents pay more attention to the quality of school education, curriculum design and activities. In addition, parents are willing to actively participate in and put forward the ideas and opinions on classroom management. In education field, teachers are required to operate good relationship between parents and teachers and harmonious relationship between teachers and students; in teaching, they must also demonstrate excellent teaching quality, innovative performance, in line with the times change, as well as on the effectiveness of teaching. As expected, the goal in this study will explore the current elementary school teachers in different styles of leadership and strategies of classroom management on effectiveness of classroom management. This research uses the questionnaire and literature analysis method, elementary school teachers in Taoyuan city as the subjects, and 200 questionnaires with 196 valid questionnaires are collected. We analyze the collected data by the descriptive statistics, t-test, single factor analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA),and other statistical methods. The results are as follows: 1. For classroom management effectiveness in elementary school, all teachers belong to higher level. 2. For effectiveness of class operating, female teacher in elementary schools are higher than male teachers. 3. There is significantly different in teaching leadership for different length of service of teachers. 4. For the overall leadership of teachers, there is significantly different in age. 6. For the effectiveness of classroom management, there exists interaction between teacher leadership and teacher’s background variables. In summary, results of data analysis support reciprocity and transformation of leadership theory. Therefore, the leadership style of elementary teachers in class should come with their own class of students and things to make adjustment of the contingent. However, teachers in the elementary stage will have a profound impact on students ' academic learning, personality and parent-teacher communication. The results in this study can also be referred to policy and education authorities and the direction to improve teaching manner for teachers.
