However, the convenience brought about by the Internet of things and the future development has huge potential. Various manufacturers are all optimistic about this. And enterprises in the cross-industry into the Internet of Things sites need to have key factors, and enterprises in the construction of things have to follow the performance. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an Internet ofThings evaluation system through the evaluation system. In this study, we use DEMATEL to construct the model of IoT system by interviewing experts and literatures. First, the development trend of the Internet of Things is expounded, and the key factors of the Internet of Things are discussed, and then the evaluation index system of the Internet of Things is established. Then the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) is used to evaluate the inter- Between the impact of relevance. And then combined with DANP (DEMATEL-Based ANP) to assess the impact of Internet of things indicators and the importance of the degree of conversion, the establishment of Internet of Things performance evaluation system. Finally, we use the compromise ranking method (VIKOR) to find the worst indicators of the performance evaluation of individual enterprises, and make a concrete improvement strategy through the system structure model decision.
