| Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 法律學系 === 105 === With the progress of science and technology and health care, the average life expectancy of individual is showing an upward trend, and face the change of family structure. As the proportion of the elderly population increased significantly, the world is facing a crisis of population aging. However our country is too late to respond to the elderly society, whether it is long-term care system, manpower, financial aspects are not complete planning. For the rapid aging of the population, the government should speed up planning for long-term care.
This paper begins with the first chapter on the research background motive and research purpose method. Chapter Two describes the definitions, evolution, characteristics and types of long-term care, and in Chapter Third and Chapter Fourth, the various backgrounds of the background, financial resources and long-term care of the United States and our country’s long-term care. The fifth chapter compares the differences between the United States and our country’s long-term care. Finally, through the sixth chapter of our country’s long-term care insurance of the draft law on the discussion. As well as the long-term care of the United States, our long-term care should be strengthened in order to build up our own strategies and the government should speed up for our long-term care planning measures.
