Summary: | 碩士 === 國立金門大學 === 管理學院事業經營碩士在職專班運動休閒組 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 30 days high-intensity interval training on body composition and power of college group B basketball athletes. In this study, 22 athletes were selected as subjects, and, randomly divided into experimental group (N = 11) and control group (N = 11), the experimental group received 8min high-intensity interval training one times a week for total 30 days. The control group did not training. The data were analyzed using independent t-test. The results showed that there were significant differences on high jump and 30 meters dash between two groups. In conclusion, 30 days high-intensity interval training, will increase the power of college group B basketball athletes, but no benefit for body composition.
