Additionally, it discussed the employment satisfaction of these interns at enterprises. Enterprise internship programs urge students to acquire professional knowledge and skills required by enterprises. Therefore, they are an indispensable part in the technical and vocational education system. Meanwhile, they help schools and educational units pass enterprise internship satisfaction and students realize the importance of the enterprise internship programs. The questionnaires of the study were conducted during April 1 and 30, 2016. The subjects of the study were college students of the department of tourism in northern, central and southern Taiwan, and they were surveyed regarding the enterprise internship program and connection between training and internship. Additionally, the method of stratified sampling was adopted, and the author distributed the questionnaires in colleges in northern, central and southern Taiwan in person. A total of 303 questionnaires were distributed in 14 schools, and 303 of them were retrieved. After organizing these retrieved questionnaires, 303 questionnaires which were considered valid were statistically analyzed. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, importance-performance analysis (IPA), independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were adopted to analyze data collected from these questionnaires. The main conclusions from the results of the study are as follows: 1. The hypothesis of professional knowledge and skills having positive and significant influence upon enterprise internship satisfaction was partially true. 2. The hypothesis of professional knowledge and skills having positive and significant influence upon employment selection intention was partially true. 3. The hypothesis of enterprise internship satisfaction having positive and significant influence upon employment selection intention was true.
