Summary:碩士 === 景文科技大學 === 旅遊管理系觀光與餐旅管理碩士班 === 105 === The study is to explore the relationship among personality traits, safety consciousness and the satisfaction of recreational experiences of the customer in Xiuguluan River rafting. The duration of questionnaire survey was from March 2017 to April 2017. By using structural questionnaires through simple sampling, the effective returned questionnaires are 399 shares, among 420 shares of total questionnaire. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis are adopted, through SPSS 20.0. The results reveal that the safety consciousness is positively affected by openness and agreeableness whereas is negatively affected by neuroticism; the satisfaction of recreational experiences is positively affected by openness and conscientiousness whereas is negatively affected by neuroticism; the satisfaction of recreational experiences is positively affected by safety consciousness in personnel, facilities, and pre-education, and as well as by safety consciousness in relevant business safety regulations. In the light of the results. Visitors' personality traits, safety awareness, and recreational experience satisfaction vary significantly depending on the background. The study recommends that the rafting company should make relevant strategies for the improvement of safety consciousness in rafting and to upgrade the satisfaction of recreational experiences in rafting.
