Description
Summary:碩士 === 景文科技大學 === 旅遊管理系觀光與餐旅管理碩士班 === 105 === This research is intended to discuss the motivation, satisfaction, and leisure benefits of the people who participated in kayaking. In this case, the research is conducted and done by handing questionnaires to 450 kayaking participants in total through stratified sampling method using four different regions as the strata. This process lasted for two months, between March 1st, 2017 and April 30th, 2017. Dong Shan River in Yilan was given 150 questionnaires, Sun Moon Lake in Nantou 100, Tamsui River in New Taipei City 100, and Lian Chi Pond in Kaohsiung 100. All of the paper were recycled, yet only 443 (98.9%) were valid. The research discovered three points. First, the kayaking participants who were under the age of 20 or earn less than 30,000 NTD per month have a higher satisfaction level than those between the age of 20 and 30 or earn between 30,001 and 50,000 NTD per month. There are no particular differences in their backgrounds. Second, there exists a high positive relationship between canoe players’ motivation and leisure benefits. Last, the relationship between leisure benefits on the satisfaction level and willingness of participate on satisfaction level have a low positive relationship. As for the relationship between professional competence and services and facilities, there exists no relationship.
