Thus, employee engagement is a critical issue worthy of research. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relevance between work resources and employee engagement. Firstly, the present study constructs the relevance between work resources and employee engagement through literature review and proposes two hypotheses. Then, a convenience sample of respondents was chosen from all of employees of L travel agency in Taipei. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 370 were returned between March 1, 2017 and March 5, 2017, with 304 valid questionnaires. Subsequently, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were employed in this study. This study showed that job resource has a significantly positive impact on employee engagement. Moreover, participation in decision making and team climate are also predictors of vigor, absorption, and dedication. This study verified the relationship between job resource and employee engagement. The findings have managerial implications and provide useful reference data for travel agency and future research.
