In this paper, because of the effect of the coupling element so that the entire impedance characteristics of the inductive, adjust the S11, whether it is microstrip edge feed or copper axis bottom feed, the radiation area can be reduced by 17 ~ 50%, if the coaxial line bottom feeding mode, but also increase the use of bandwidth of 25%; by 3D full-wave darkroom actual measurement results beam width can be increased by 11 ~38%, radiation area can be reduced by about 37%, the actual measurement results are consistent with the results of the simulation.
